afni GLM模型分析激活的脑区 (FMRI Data Analysis at Individual Level)

对于fmri实验的简单描述：
实验设计：Rapid event-related 一共有4种类型的实验刺激
实验数据的参数： 
数据分析的第一部分为个体水平的分析：首先对数据进行预处理然后3dDeconvolve 实验数据下载为 AFNI_data2.tgz，网址为 Inference 推断激活的脑区
在拟合GLM之后，我们使用估计的参数来确定体素中是否存在显著的激活
然后利用对effects of interest进行t检验和F检验。 进行组分析的数据结构为： 
分析数据时一般为两个水平上的分析，第一个为个体水平，第二个为组水平。 
对于每一个被试，都可以利用GLM模型进行分析，
